Machine Guide Classes

Quilt 'n Sew is a full-service authorized Janome and Baby Lock dealer. Included in the purchase of your sewing machine or serger is a free machine guide class. These classes are also available for a fee to those who did not purchase their machine from Quilt 'n Sew. Class spaces are limited; Quilt ‘n Sew customers get priority.

These are hands-on classes for using your machine. You must bring your machine and all the accessories that were included with your machine (don't forget your power cord!). Each class covers machine functions, basic care, and maintenance with an introduction of the standard accessories.

If you have any questions regarding what class your machine will best fit in, please call us at 281-398-0670 and we will help you determine the best class for your needs.

Machine Categories:

• Mechanical - any machine that is not run by a computer
• Level 1 computerized - any machine that has a touch response with an LCD that only displays a number
• Level 2 computerized - any machine that has an LCD screen that displays stitch, foot, tension, width, and other information
• Embroidery machines (Janome.jef or Babylock.pes) - any machine that has an embroidery module. If you have a Janome embroidery machine, please view the instructional DVD that came with your machine pior to attending class.
