Premium Shipping is available via UPS 2nd Day Delivery. However, this service is only available in the Continental United States. Please note that UPS will not ship to PO boxes, therefore the package must be shipped to a valid street address. Premium shipping rates are calculated at Standard Shipping plus $5.
Canada
Please pay by credit card or by check in U.S. funds only. All taxes and custom duties are the customer's responsibility. Packages will be sent First Class Mail. The following S&H charges apply to orders shipped to Canada and are based on the total cost of your order:

International: We're sorry, at this time we do not ship internationally except to Canada.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. Transit times vary depending on how far the delivery address is from Katy, Texas, but your package should arrive within 3 to 6 business days (Monday through Friday) after we receive your order. 2nd-Day Delivery will of course arrive sooner.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have a problem with your shipment, please call us at 281-398-0670 during office hours (Monday-Friday, 10-5 Central Time) and ask for the store manager. Please have your Order Number available.
Please note that open software packages are not returnable unless defective. Defective software can only be exchanged for identical merchandise. Due to copyright laws, pattern and books are not returnable.
PRIVACY POLICY
We consider it a privilege when our customers share their email addresses and confidential information with us, and we honor that privilege with the strictest privacy policy in the business. We do not sell, rent, or give away your email address or confidential information to anyone.
What is my email address used for?
The email address you provide will be used to send you periodic news flashes containing information about classes, class registration, events, shop news about upcoming events and spontaneous sales.
You can choose to stop receiving our newsletters at any time; the instructions are at the bottom of each issue.

Store Class Policy
(Please note: Sewing machine guide classes and Gammill classes are arranged between the student and the Sewing machine/Gammill department and are not included in this section).
We want our classes to make your projects successful. Class registration is accepted only upon payment of class fee. Because there is a minimum number of students required for each class, early registration is very important. Class fees generally do not include supplies or patterns unless stated in the class description.
Store credit will be given for a student cancellation made three full business days before the scheduled class. Credit cannot be given for “no shows” and teachers are not required to offer make-ups.
Please bring basic sewing supplies to every class. Sharp scissors, pins, marking pencils, needles, thread, and specific requirements for each class are important. Please bring an iron and small ironing surface to class. Pick up the supply list for your class before the first meeting!
Be sure your sewing machine is in good working order. If it’s been a while since you had it serviced, perhaps this is a good time to get a “once-over” for your machine before your class. Please don’t expect the teacher to make machine repairs; it’s not fair to the instructor or to the other students in the class. Please be familiar with your machine—know how to thread it, etc.
Please come 15 minutes early for your class. It’s IMPORTANT that you be ready to start the class at the scheduled time so that you can receive the instruction and class time you have paid for
